Ingredients
- 2 (15.5 oz) cans chickpeas, drained
- 3 garlic cloves
- 6 TBS tahini
- 1/3 cup bone broth or water (I use water)
- 4 ice cubes
- 6 TBS squeezed lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- for garnish: (optional)
- Za'atar or crushed roasted pistachios
Directions
- 1Combine the hummus ingredients in a food processor. Taste and adjust with extra lemon juice or salt and pepper.
- 2Garnish with the Za'atar or the crushed pistachios
Notes
- Tip: Since this hummus doesn't last as long in the refrigerator like a store bought one, I usually make half the amount at the time.
