Ingredients
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz blue curacao
- 1 1/2 oz sour mix
- 2 oz pineapple juice (optional)
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- 2Add a large handful of ice and shake well.
- 3Pour into glass of your choice. A rocks glass works well.
- 4Garnish with your choice of cocktail cherries and pineapple slice.
Notes
- The pineapple juice makes this a Blue Hawaii. It also makes the drink sweeter and changes the color to more of a turquoise.
- The sour mix can be replaced with 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz lime juice and 1/2 oz simple syrup.
